The following general contract conditions are valid exclusively with regard to consumers as defined by the regulations on distance selling, therefore excluding legal persons.
Orders placed by physical persons who operation as part of their profession or companies must be authenticated as such during the order issue phase. If they do not, the orders shall be regarded as having been placed by consumers. Orders placed by customers are subject to express acceptance by:

RIBOLA RETIFICIO SRL produces, packages and ships the goods purchased by the customer.
Packaging times vary depending on the availability of an item.
In particular:
- AVAILABLE ITEMS in stock:
The items already available will be shipped in 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of the order.
During the period of sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.
In the event that the item is temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified and the shipping times may be extended until the date on which the item will be available again in the warehouse.
- CUSTOM OR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS:
Custom made items are shipped as soon as the packaging is finished. The packaging times may vary according to the quantity of the items, the measures and the availability of the network in the warehouse.
The packaging times are indicatively between 8 and 25 working days. During promotional periods or during the summer season it is possible that the packaging times are longer than the days indicated in the cart or in the order confirmation. In the case of non-standard items with personalized details based on the request or the drawing sent by the customer, the packaging times can take even more than 30 working days.
If the items are no longer available, the administration will contact the customer to arrange the replacement or refund.
The packaging times are counted from the moment of receipt of the payment of the order made, therefore in the case of payment by bank transfer from the day of receipt of the transfer to the company bank account.
In the case of payment by cash on delivery, the count starts from the date of confirmation of the order. Ribola Retificio srl reserves the right to request a different payment condition if the customer chooses cash on delivery as the payment condition.
RIBOLA RETIFICIO SRL may ask the Bank or PayPal to verify the transaction, also by contacting the counterparty bank. This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of the order.

If the customer does not provide tax information for billing or provides them incorrect, he will not be able to request the correction of the data sent after the payment or invoice has been issued.
If a customer needs the application of reduced VAT, he will have to notify before issuing the fee or invoice, sending the necessary tax documents to prove this advantage.

In the event that the items ordered are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the Customer, RIBOLA RETIFICIO SRL will notify the Customer.
Once the order request has been received, RIBOLA RETIFICIO SRL reserves the right in any case to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the transaction by credit card and to verify the details of the previous transactions made by the Customer.
In the event that the items ordered are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the Customer, RIBOLA RETIFICIO SRL will notify the Customer.
RIBOLA RETIFICIO SRL reserves the right to refuse an order in the event that the bank payment is not made or was not successful. RIBOLA RETIFICIO SRL reserves the right to refuse orders or to refuse the provision of services to anyone at any time.
The customer can change the order no later than 2 days from receipt of the order confirmation. Beyond this deadline, the order will be considered confirmed with the details contained in the order confirmation and cannot be changed as it has already passed to production with the details referred to in the confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.
The customer has the right to exercise the withdrawal within 14 days (including holidays) from receipt of the goods. The desire to make use of the right of withdrawal must give precise information by writing an email to service@retificioribola.it
In case of punctual exercise of the right of withdrawal, RIBOLA RETIFICIO srl will reimburse all payments received from the consumer, excluding delivery costs, if upon inspection of the returned goods the same is intact and unused, as better specified in the following point 7.
In the event of withdrawal, no reimbursement will be made for delivery or additional costs in the event that the customer has requested a type of delivery other than that normally used, has requested delivery at a specific time or to an address other than that indicated in order phase.
The reimbursement will be made preferably and where possible using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the reimbursement in this way is not possible or excessively burdensome. In any case, RIBOLA RETIFICIO SRL will communicate to the customer how it intends to make the refund.
The customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must give notice by email to

The customer will have validly exercised his right of withdrawal within the withdrawal period only if the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal has been received before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
After the 14-day period has expired, the customer will lose the right to withdraw.
In any case, the customer may request a different size or color of the same item instead of the refund, where possible or a different item of equal or greater value. The new requested item cannot be returned. This request must be made in the withdrawal email and returned to service@retificioribola.it
The right of withdrawal cannot in any case be exercised for goods made to measure or personalized, which therefore cannot be returned and are not entitled to a refund.
Furthermore, the substantial integrity of the goods is an essential condition for the exercise of withdrawal and therefore the reimbursement can only take place in the event of a positive outcome of the verification of the integrity of the goods, referred to in point 7 below..

The goods must be returned if possible in the same external packaging used for delivery and in any case must be returned or in any case must be packed by the customer in a suitable way in order to avoid breakage or damage to the goods, otherwise the customer will lose the right to reimbursement. of the purchase.
Upon return of the goods, RIBOLA RETIFICIO SRL will inspect the goods to verify that they are intact, unused and not otherwise consumed or damaged and therefore that they can be returned.
In this case, the refund will only take place following the return of the goods to the sender's premises and following a positive outcome of the inspection carried out on the same.
In the event of a positive outcome of the inspection, a refund will be made, excluding shipping costs.
If, on the other hand, during the inspection, the goods are damaged, not intact, tampered with, consumed or used by the customer, the same will lose the right to reimbursement and may possibly request the return of the same goods upon payment of the new transport.
RIBOLA RETIFICIO will contact the courier to collect the goods to be returned to the customer's address. The customer or his representative must make himself available at an agreed time or day for entrusting the goods to the courier in charge.
To proceed with the return, the customer must write an email to service@retificioribola.it indicating the will of withdrawal and return within the term referred to in point 3 and the address where the goods are located.

The customer who has forwarded an order and has not canceled it in time (see point 6 first paragraph) is required to collect the goods upon delivery, will not be able to refuse the goods or return them to the sender.
In the event that the customer is absent at the first passage, the goods will remain in storage with the courier and can be redelivered for a further 2 times after which it will be recalled to the sender's address. The customer may request delivery to an address other than that provided during the order confirmation phase before the goods are recalled to the sender's address, by writing an email to: sales@retificioribola.it
If the customer does not collect the goods, he will lose the right to a refund of the amount paid or to the return. In case of shipment returned to the sender's headquarters, the customer can request a further delivery of the goods by paying the shipping costs again.
RIBOLA RETIFICIO SRL also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided.

In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to report the incident immediately to the courier and to contact RIBOLA RETIFICIO SRL at the address service@retificoribola.it

If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation.
In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to report the incident immediately to the courier and to contact RIBOLA RETIFICIO SRL at the address service@retificoribola.it

In the event of receipt of defective or non-compliant goods, the customer must follow the same instructions indicated for the return.
RIBOLA RETIFICIO SRL reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
The goods are covered by a legal guarantee for a period of two years starting from the date of purchase of the same (to be understood as the date shown in the order confirmation). The defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery.
The warranty covers defects existing from origin in the product and which occur within 24 months, with the exclusion of defects occurring.
The seller's liability is in any case excluded if the lack of conformity of the sold goods derives from incorrect use of the object by the consumer or in the event that the product is installed incorrectly or with the use of materials provided by the consumer. It is also excluded if the product cannot be used due to negligence in the maintenance and installation of the asset or in the event that the asset is unusable due to wear, tear or deterioration due to use.
In the event that the product is found to be defect from origin, the customer will have the right to have the goods restored to conformity or to have it replaced if less burdensome and not excessively burdensome. You will be entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract only if repair or replacement is not possible, unless otherwise agreed. If the defect is minor and does not affect the use of the asset, only a reduction in the price is possible. In this case of reimbursement, the value of the asset will be taken into account and the reimbursement may be less than the amount paid at the time of purchase.

RIBOLA RETIFICIO SRL declines all responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of the computer used by the Customer or its malfunction, the colors of the products displayed on the site may be slightly different from the original ones. Any differences cannot be considered a product defect.
To take advantage of the guarantee, the customer must produce suitable documentation to prove the defect and write to service@retificioribola.it
