PRODUCTION OF SYNTHETIC FIBER NETS

Ribola uses only the best, first-rate fibers with high tenacity, to ensure the utmost quality.                
Ribola synthetic fiber nets are  produced with raw materials of the highest quality, exclusively of  European origin. The Ribola production unit makes possible very high  levels of supply (equal to many tons of nets per month) and has a bespoke packaging department that makes nets to order.

Production and materials:
Nets in polyamide nylon, nets in polypropylene, nets in polyethylene, nets in Dyneema® and nets in polyester.

The production unit, equipped with numerous Mayer and Liba looms, makes possible very high levels of supply (equal to many  tons of nets a month) and has a bespoke packaging department that makes nets to order.                  
Ribola’s knotlesss nets and fences are produced on Rachel-type looms and can be made in the quantities and types requested by the customer. They are always subject to a process of fixing and stabilisation of the mesh size.
